My transaction was refused by paysafecard. Why? Who should I speak to?

If you are trying to make a deposit but your transaction is declined by paysafecard or if you encounter a problem with the paysafecard payment page, several reasons are possible:

 

• Your balance is insufficient: top up your PaysafeCard account and try again

• You made an error in your data: check your information and try again

• You have reached your deposit limit: try again later

• A technical problem occurred on the Paysafecard side: try again later

• Your card was not purchased in Belgium: You cannot use it.

Remember that you can also make a deposit by bank card via Bancontact.
