I’m not able to make a withdrawal. What should I do?

If you aren’t able to make a withdrawal, you might not have confirmed your registration by email. Go to your email inbox and look for the email we sent you when you registered at Casino-Magic. Also check your spam folder. Click on the link to confirm your email address, then try again.

 

Another possible reason: your account hasn’t been authenticated yet. If this is the case, you will be automatically redirected to the page where you need to send your authentication documents. Once your account has been authenticated by our teams, you can make a withdrawal.

 

When a withdrawal request fails, you will always be notified by email. Also check your spam folder.
